The H&H DripMaster EDD Series is an active, gravity-based oil lubrication control and monitoring device specifically engineered to safeguard deep well vertical turbine pumps. This DripMaster system maintains a consistent oil drip rate regardless of viscosity changes. Furthermore, it can communicate with SCADA systems to report data and automatically shut down the pump if improper lubrication is detected, providing critical protection.By stabilizing the oil drip rate, the DripMaster solves the oil drip rate instability caused by the following problems:
- Oil viscosity variations
- Oil hydrostatic pressure variations
- Oil dirt particulate blockage
